Just a note to let you know we had a safe trip home. As you forecast we passed Stansted in under an hour, the M25 slower but moving well, M4 busy but made very good time.We did record 264 miles, trip set before we left, which is 100 more than the satnav route, of 165, you pays your money and takes your choice!Thank you again for the manner in which you dealt with me, rather refreshing in an industry whos reputation has not always endeared it to the public (in many instances sadly justified as I am sure you would agree) but there are of course many exceptions, and your company are the perfect example, I certainly have no reason to say otherwise, having been in business myself for many years seems to enable you to spot the good from the doubtful very quickly.
