Being disabled I had a job getting up the outside step and needed a lot of help from my husband. Also getting down the step when I left. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The dentist surgery was clean and I was well looked after. The dentist was very nice and polite.My overall experience was good.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Timing was very good, not a long wait. Everything was explained clearly too.
All staff were very friendly. I was given all the information needed and was able to make an informed decision regarding my treatment options. The two ladies that actually performed the work were quite a double act and were very distractiing in a good way! My wisdom tooth extraction was not one of the easiest procedures as the nerve would not go numb despite numerous injections. However we finally got through it and the wisdom tooth reluctantly left my mouth after about an hour in the chair! Despite this I would sill recommend this dental centre.
I am an existing patient of this practice. Although, I never seem to see the same dentist twice with varying levels of satisfaction.Monday, I broke a front tooth. I called for an emergency appointment and was told my dentist was not available for a couple of weeks. However, I could be seen by an alternative dentist on Friday.I arrived for my appointment and received an excellent service professional service from start to finish.More importantly the work was/is superb, the best I have ever received.Unfortunately to my dismay, I do not have his name. I shall ask to see him in the future.
I have been going to this dentist practice for more years than I care to remember and the staff are all very friendly & helpful. I'm very happy with the my present Dentist who recently carried out a root canal treatment on an infective tooth. The procedure etc., was all explained before hand & carried out with great care.
