Staff are excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Bought a new suite and the salesman John was patient and kind. The charge for taking your old furniture away is very high but then I don't think other firms will even entertain this. Because Reeds offer this service I will buy all my new furniture from them. Very high quality goods. Lovely store.
We are just moving to a house in Norfolk and needed to buy new furniture, this has to be the best store i have had the pleasure of shopping in for many years. A real pleasure the staff are so helpful without being pushy, so friendly even welcomed both our dogs into the shop. We will definitely be going back to explore the other departments, by the way I normally hate shopping with a passion.
