Difficult to actually contact, expected us to do the viewings on their behalf, imagine my surprise when I ended up doing it myself. All just a bit amateur.
I have used two different letting agents in the past. One charged 15% and delivered terrible service. The other 10% and delivered good service. I was amazed to find Sheridan Sales and Lettings rates were even lower and they still maintained good service. How great is that!
