Words cannot describe how pleased i am about this place. I drove 3 and a half hours to bring my dog to these beautiful people. At vets4pets i got given the choice of putting my dog to sleep. It broke my heart. My friend recommended this place to me and i id do the drive every time. The place its self is so clean and warm that it put me instantly at ease. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!
Been bringing our rats here for over a year and had nothing but great experiences with them. Everyone we've dealt with has always been very friendly and accommodating, and the vets and nurses are all highly knowledgeable - special mention to Ally and Sophie on that note with regards to our rats. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
Brilliant vets. Reasonably/cheaper priced then most vets I've visited. They don't try sell you something you don't need which i thoroughly appreciate. I recommend to all pet friends i meet who are unsure who to register with :)
We were referred here by our normal vets as our cat had to have orthopedic surgery ..he had already been in the other vets two days so by the time we got there ourselves and our cat were very fearful and stressed. Straight away we were looked after we were made coffees , Katherine really took charge and explained about the surgery she was going to perform . He has now been successfully operated on and just one more check up .All the staff are so friendly and highly professional we couldn't recommend them more highly.
Particular thanks goes to Robert today, professional, friendly and caring. Charley was in the best hands! As always a friendly welcome from Simon and the girls. I have and will continue to recommend Vets 1. Great teamwork!
